At Scope Global, we prioritise disability inclusion in all aspects of our work.
We recognise that with the right levels of support and skills, people with disabilities are experts in disability inclusion.
For more than 10 years, we have taken steps to integrate people with disability into everything we do. We have developed policies and best practice guidelines to facilitate access and inclusion for people with disability.
In December 2019, we launched our new disability inclusion practice Maven. Maven is a professional service provider for corporates and communities seeking to improve their inclusion and diversity practices. Maven aims to break down barriers to inclusion into the corporate and cultural space, while also creating employment opportunities for people with disability.

Our engagement and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2015, Scope Global won the Joint Minister’s Award in Inclusive Development at the National Disability Awards for our efforts in creating opportunities for people with disabilities to volunteer overseas.
To build on our experience, we launched a Disability Inclusion Practice in 2018. The practice draws on our extensive experience in supporting and including people with disabilities.
Through the practice, we aim to assist organisations to reduce barriers and enable inclusion in their own settings. Services include:
- Technical advice and consulting
- Monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Reasonable adjustments and risk analysis for people with disability
- Cross-cultural experiences
