The Vanuatu Skills Partnership is funded by the Government of Australia and emphasises mutual accountability, co-contribution and partnership for the continued development of the national skills system in Vanuatu.

The Partnership is locally led with Melanesian leadership, culture and values at its centre. It works within local structures and policies and supports local agents for positive change in Vanuatu.

Scope Global provides support coordination to the fourth phase of the Vanuatu Skills Partnership.
