Sri Lanka Skills for Inclusive Growth supports skills training, sustainable job creation and business growth across the tourism value chain in Sri Lanka.

Skills for Inclusive Growth facilitates opportunities for marginalised and disadvantaged people, particularly women and people with disabilities, through vocational and technical training courses that support program participants to gain or improve their employment. The program demonstrates how an integrated approach to skills development can enable inclusive economic growth, in both formal and informal sectors.

Scope Global is engaged to manage and deliver Skills for Inclusive Growth in partnership with the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training.
