Design of Phase III of the Australia-Pacific Technical College
Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)
The Australia-Pacific Technical College (APTC) seeks to provide Pacific Islander women and men with recognised and valued qualifications that present opportunities to find employment in domestic, regional and international labour markets.
It is a flagship Australian Government investment in the Pacific region running since 2007 in which time more than 8,500 people have graduated from campuses in Fiji, PNG, Vanuatu, Samoa and the Solomon Islands.
Scope Global was engaged to support a two-step process over 18 months leading to the design of a third stage of APTC. The services that were supplied included engaging, mobilising and managing the performance of technical specialists, quality assuring key products, and providing logistical and executive support services.
The most significant deliverables were an Investment Concept and an Investment Design.
