What are the main tasks involved in your current role?
Oversight of the scholarships (including on-award engagement activities), alumni engagement and short-term activities. Managing the Regional Team – located in Sri Lanka and Adelaide. Assisting the Team Leader deliver a high-quality program.
How long have you worked at Scope Global?
Close to four years (since July 2015)
Is this your first role at Scope Global? If not, what other roles have you done here?
I started as Country Program Manager for Bangladesh/concurrent Scholarships Manager for AASWA in 2015. I moved to my current role in 2017.
What do you like most about working at Scope Global?
Supportive working culture. Focus on people/staff.

What is your favourite memory of working at Scope Global?
When Scope Global Teams get together. AASWA has teams across seven countries (Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Australia). While technology has “erased” borders and time zones, nothing replaces face-to-face interactions with people you work with.
What are your interests/passions?
Anything quantitative (math and economics, for example. Hahaha). I am into photography and marathon running. Leadership development and change management are what I am passionate about.back
