What are the main tasks involved in your current role?
The main responsibility is to partner with our Global Operations team to provide HR generalist leadership and advice. I am also responsible for inductions, attraction and benefits, and learning and development strategies and plans.

I was previously employed as the HR and Recruitment Officer.

The fantastic team of people including the leadership team, the sectors in which we work and working for a company that is seeking to positively change people’s worlds.

I most identify with our one team and high performance cultures. They are the values that my role is seeking to directly influence.
What is your favourite memory of working at Scope Global?
The opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka and Mongolia! Such brilliant and memorable experiences.
What are your interests/passions?
I am a mother of three and am passionate about supporting my children to the best of my ability. In my ‘spare’ time, I enjoy cooking, reading and travelling.
